LGFP Conference Subsidy Program
The LGFP Conference Subsidy Program provides subsidised conference registration to Tier 7 and Tier 8 councils, helping ensure that professionals working in Indigenous, rural, and remote areas have the opportunity to participate in vital development and networking opportunities.
For 2026, with the generous support of the Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers and Queensland Treasury Corporation, we are pleased to offer one fully subsidised registration per eligible Tier 7 and Tier 8 council.
The subsidy includes registration to the LGFP Annual Conference, registration to the pre-conference masterclass Service Planning & Budgeting, as well as all social functions. Councils are responsible for travel and accommodation expenses.
